Another excellent course bonding experience, why not bring your group to us to fulfill the practical segment of the A Level PE course. The hill walking module can be done within your school with the expedition & planning carried out at High Adventure Outdoor Education Centre. We take groups into the hills of the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District & Snowdonia in order to deliver the A Level Hill Walking syllabus. Whilst with us your students will learn to navigate, map read, lead groups in mountainous terrain, learn how to pace, go on a bearing, use a compass and all the other aspects of the hill walking course. It’s a great week with lots of fun albeit with a serious side to the course, that being to get the best possible practical marks.
