Day Camps
Are you looking for a fun and interesting week for your kids?
Day Camps at High Adventure Outdoor Education Centre are the answer. For children aged 6–14.
NOW during every school holiday period (excluding the Xmas break) you can provide an exciting break for your kids by sending them to High Adventure ‘day camps’.
You can book for a single day or a full Monday to Friday and drop your kids off between 7:45 – 8:30am and pick them up between 4:45 – 5:30pm.
Exciting activities delivered in a safe but fun environment, all our activities are designed to stimulate and challenge your kids. Activities range from canoeing and caving to climbing and mountain biking, click here for a comprehensive list of the activities your kids will take part in.

May ½ Term:
Monday 31st May – Friday 4th June
Summer:
Monday 26th July – Friday 30th July 2010
Monday 2nd August – Friday 6th August 2010
Monday 9th August – Friday 13th August 2010
Monday 16th August – Friday 20th August 2010
Monday 23rd August – Friday 27th August 2010
October 1/2 Term:
Monday 25th October – Friday 29th October 2010
February 1/2 Term:
Monday 21st February – Friday 25th February 2011
Easter 2011:
Monday 11th April – Friday 15th April 2011
Monday 18th April – Friday 22nd April 2011
Prices:
1 child = £30 per day, sibling = £25 per day (IE if you book 2 children, the cost would be £30 for child 1 + £25 for child 2)
5 days: 1 child for the 5 days = £125, sibling = £100 for the 5 days (IE if you book 2 children, the cost would be £125 for child 1 + £100 for child 2)

Your children are placed into ‘activity groups’ of 10, these are groups of the same age and will do the same activities throughout the week in these groups. This allows them to form close & friendly bonds with their ‘new friends’ and these friendships often last for life.
The day camps start with arrival from 7:45am till 8:30am each day, activities start at 8:45am and every day is an action packed one designed to ensure your child is kept busy until their pick up time from 4:45 – 5:30pm, our staff are all well qualified & experienced instructors. All staff are CRB checked and are permanent members of High Adventure OEC, they are all in the outdoor education industry because they have a passion for outdoor sports and a bigger passion for passing this onto young people.
Send your child to a High Adventure Day Camp and see them grow in confidence on their return. It’s more than just an activity camp, it’s the opportunity for your child to gain skills and independence which will all go to further them in the formative years.
