Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Marketing Executive looking to gain further experience in a full-mix marketing role. Working as part of our small office team you will use your experience in marketing multiple campaigns to take our marketing to a new level. You will come from a proven background of designing and delivering new and exciting marketing strategies to increase customer bookings. You will ideally have a working knowledge of the primary and secondary school’s market and the outdoor activities industry. Any experience in the travel and tourism industry would also be beneficial.

The role will be based at our office in Cowling, North Yorkshire. We are looking for someone who would ideally be able to start in February.

High Adventure is a market leader in the delivery of residential activity programmes for primary and secondary schools. Within our team your main responsibility will be for the day to day management of our marketing strategy. Experience of using Photoshop would be desirable but is not essential.

The Role:

Co-ordinate and deliver multiple marketing campaigns
Familiar with both in-bound and out-bound marketing and able to implement related tactical activity
Analyse and present on performance of campaigns
Familiar with the changing landscape of our clients
Develop and implement a marketing plan that generates school residential bookings
Familiar with both traditional and digital forms of marketing
CMS Management

The Successful Candidate:

Be able to lead the overall marketing strategy
Communicate results effectively
Adapt plans following performance analysis
Be confident in face to face meetings
Be passionate about developing our brand awareness
Hold a degree in marketing or have relevant experience
Able to develop and implement social media, letter marketing and direct marketing
Manage the company website with up-to-date content
Job Type:Full-time

Salary:£19,000.00 to £22,000.00 /year dependant on experience.

We require freelance outdoor instructors for a range of roles, from June – August 2020

Minimum requirements: current 1st Aid certificate, DBS Check, full UK drivers licence and at least 1 national governing body award in an outdoor and adventurous activity.
